Lemon essential oil can be diluted and applied topically to your skin, as well as diffused into the air and inhaled. Some people swear by lemon essential oil as an ingredient that fights exhaustion, helps with depression, clears your skin, kills harmful viruses and bacteria, and reduces inflammation

Usage-

Diffuser- Add 8-10 drops of the desired oil to a diffuser with water and burn with a tea-light underneath.

Massage-Add 8-10 drops of the desired oil to any carrier oil of choice for a massage with a benefit

Bath/Sauna- Add 8-10 drops of the desired oil to bath water in tub or bucket or to Sauna for an aromatic and healing experience

NOTE-It is important to dilute Essential oils in carrier oils before use
